The property is 5 minutes from Paris-Le Bourget Airport, 10 minutes from the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, and approximately 15 minutes from Paris by RER B. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk and the RER station a 5-minute walk.
What is the nearest station?
Le Bourget RER station (line B) is a 5-minute walk. It connects to Paris (Gare du Nord) in 15 minutes. A bus stop is also a 3-minute walk from the property.
Is parking available?
Yes, a secure private car park is available free of charge for our guests. Reservation recommended. Please note: maximum height 1.90 m. No electric charging points are currently available.

Where are the nearest shops?
Le Bourget town centre has several shops, restaurants and services within walking distance. You will find bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies within a 5-10 minute radius. The Aéroville shopping centre (near Roissy) is accessible in 15 minutes by car.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out until 11:30 am. Our reception is open 24/7.
Is late check-out possible?
Yes, late check-out is possible until 12:00 pm at no extra charge. After that, a supplement of €10 per hour applies.
What languages are spoken at reception?
Our team speaks French, English, Arabic and Spanish.
What happens on arrival?
You will be welcomed at reception and shown around your room or apartment and the property facilities. Personalised recommendations on activities, sights to visit and available services will also be provided.
What services are included in the booking?
Your booking includes bed linen and towels with regular changes, housekeeping, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A luggage storage service is also available.

Yes, bed linen and bath towels are included and changed regularly.

Is breakfast available?
Yes, a continental breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00. Price: €12 for adults, €6 for children.

Is the property suitable for children?
Yes, the property welcomes families with children. Cots are available free of charge on request. Our spacious apartments are particularly well suited to family stays.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome for a supplement of €10 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking.

What are the payment conditions?
We accept bank cards (CB, Visa and Mastercard), cash and holiday vouchers (chèques vacances). A deposit of €80 is required on arrival.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of €80 is required on arrival. This amount will be returned on departure after inspection of the accommodation.
